Rehearsal dinners are our bread and butter. The private hearth room seats up to forty around the fire, and for the whole crew we will buy out the dining room for up to ninety. We coordinate with the venues and inns along Haywood Road all the time, so we know how to slot into a busy wedding weekend without adding stress.
Menus built around your people, not a banquet sheet
There is no generic event menu here. We sit down with you, talk through the season and the occasion, and build a family-style or plated menu around it, with wine pairings if you want them. Vegetarians, allergies, the uncle who only eats steak, we plan for all of it ahead of time so the night itself runs easy.

How many guests can you seat for a private event?
The private hearth room seats up to forty. For larger parties we offer a full-restaurant buyout for up to ninety guests, with the open kitchen and bar included.
How far ahead should we book a rehearsal dinner?
For spring and fall wedding weekends, six to eight weeks out is ideal, and holiday dates go even faster. Reach out early and we will hold a date while we build the menu together.
Are you far from West Asheville?
Not at all. We are just across the river on Biltmore Avenue, roughly a ten-minute drive from most of Haywood Road, easy for guests staying on either side of town.
