Marcus Delgado
Executive Chef & Co-Owner
Marcus built Ember & Vine around a single live-fire hearth and a standing order with a dozen mountain farms. He cooks the way he grew up eating, simply, over coals, with whatever was best that morning.

Nora Whitfield
Chef de Cuisine
Nora runs the line and writes the seasonal menus alongside Marcus. Her vegetable cookery, charred, pickled, and coaxed over fire, is the reason regulars say the sides outshine the steaks.

Elliot Brennan
General Manager & Wine Director
Elliot keeps the room warm and the wine list honest, two hundred labels with no markup games. Ask him for a glass and a story; he is happiest pouring something you have never heard of.

Priya bakes everything in-house, from the hearth sourdough that opens every meal to the smoked-honey tart that closes it. Her desserts lean rustic, seasonal, and never too sweet.
