Wood-Fired Dinner
Our nightly menu, cooked over live oak and applewood, built around what the mountains are growing this week.

Dinner is the heart of Ember & Vine. Everything that can touch fire does, hearth-roasted trout, dry-aged ribeye over coals, charred local vegetables finished with herbs from our own beds. The menu shifts with the season, so no two months taste quite the same.
